About This Book

In this book I am going to tell you a true story of an unlawful attack initiated by agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. This book explains how I responded, and what I learned from the experience.  

There were at least a couple of decisions I made while attempting to defend myself that make my story considerably different than that of most who have stood up to the federal monster.  

1.         My decision not to hire an attorney. 

2.         My refusal to accept their offer of probation in return for a guilty plea.

Because of those decisions I learned a number of things I would have otherwise missed, things that will likely alter your perception of reality regarding this country’s government and the judicial system.

I have presented this material in a number of short chapters. Many of these are like mini lessons, but they often build upon material presented earlier. There is some minor overlapping, and there are times when I couldn’t help but mention that there was more detail later in the book.

I won’t be using many two-dollar words in this book, even where I could. It might impress some, but it certainly confuses more, and I want as many as possible to understand the principles explained here. You will find that I strive to focus on the basics of a subject. I want people to understand the basics, as it is difficult to build upon a faulty foundation.

I like to emphasize points using quotations wherever I can. Some of the quotations I have used here are attributed to “Unknown.” I might have provided more accurate references if the feds had not destroyed my computer files in a blatant violation of my right to be secure against such acts.

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated.” (4th Amendment)  

In reference to my use of the word “fed,” it is not due to mistake, nor am I being disrespectful of any legitimate Federal officers. As you will see, I have good reason to believe those who are masquerading as Federal officers today are actually imposters, making a commercial business out of their falsely assumed positions. 

To fully understand why certain “gun laws” are not Law, and why so many other laws simply do not apply to most of us, one needs to understand what the Law really is, and I cover that in a number of chapters. What it is, how it works, and how it is being deliberately perverted by attorneys. Law is surprisingly simple. It is the perversion of the Law that is complicated. 

One of my goals was to expose the modern day judicial system for the complete and utter fraud that it is, with some little known background history to help you understand why they have such contempt for the Law. In addition I have included some little known, but fundamental principles that should help people understand their true rights. 

All in all, I have presented some very important information here for your consideration. If you accept it, you will find yourself thinking a lot less like subject/slaves, and more like the Sovereigns our founding Fathers believed that we were destined to be. And should you ever come under attack from the feds as I was, the information contained in this book could save you a lot of time, disappointment, and money. With the knowledge contained here, you might just stop them before they get rolling on you.
